This Eureka call invites collaborative, cross-border projects that develop innovations to enhance disaster resilience, response, and recovery. The goal is to foster international cooperation in creating solutions that can anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disasters (natural or man-made). Projects may focus on early warning systems, adaptive infrastructure, resilient supply chains, smart recovery technologies, or socio-technical systems for community resilience.
Eligibility
Must form international consortia (i.e. participants from multiple Eureka member countries)
Eligible organisations include businesses, research organisations, universities, and others as per Eureka rules
Solutions should be innovation-driven (not just incremental)
Projects must clearly articulate cross-border value, collaboration, and added benefit from international partnership
Only eligible costs under Eureka / national rules may be funded
