Full ADOPT Grant Round 6

The Full ADOPT Grant Round 6 supports farming, growing and forestry businesses in England to run on farm trials and demonstration projects that help speed up the adoption of new ideas and practical solutions in agriculture.

Delivered by Defra as part of the Farming Innovation Programme, in partnership with Innovate UK, the aim of this competition is to test and demonstrate innovations that address real on farm or immediate post farmgate challenges. Projects should generate clear, practical evidence that other farmers, growers or foresters can learn from and apply in their own businesses.

The funding focuses on solutions that improve productivity, resilience and sustainability, including progress towards net zero farming. Projects must embrace open innovation and commit to sharing results widely with the wider farming community.
